外源钙对高温强光胁迫下小麦叶中蛋白激酶活性和D1 蛋白磷酸化的影响

摘 要:

检测灌浆期叶面喷施 10 mmol•L-1CaCl 和1 mmol•L-1 蛋白激酶抑制剂(FSBA)对高温强光胁迫下小麦叶中蛋白激酶活 性和D1蛋白磷酸化影响的结果表明, CaCl2可提高而蛋白激酶抑制剂则抑制高温强光下蛋白激酶活性和D1蛋白含量及其 磷酸化水平。

Abstract:

This article aimed at proving the effects of 10 mmol·L-1 CaCl2 and 1 mmol·L-1 FSBA on the protein kinases activity and D1 protein phosphorylation in leaves of wheat (Triticum asetivum) at filling stage under high temperature and irradiance stress. Results showed that pretreatment with CaCl2 improved remarkably the activity of protein kinases and increased the content of D1 protein and it’s phosphorylation, while FSBA had the reverse effects.
